Amsterdam to build underwater city

Considering that most of Holland is below sea level anyhow, the decision to build an underwater city may not at first appear to be something to shout about, but this is really an underwater city, something that could only be thought of in a film.

The city of Amsterdam is undergoing some major changes but there are parts that are really old and so they plan to build out into the sea and instead of building up like a conventional building they plan is to build down, this would require many of the canals to be drained, which would cause a few tourism problems.

But this $14.4 plan has been showing that once the work has been completed the canals would be able to be refilled and so bring the character back to the city and a new complex to be proud of too. With shops, parking, sports facilities and other leisure activities to keep the new a
Amsterdamers busy.
