Buying a property in India
As with any property purchase there are many risks involved, but buying a property in a country like India can be a potential minefield for some one who has little or no experience of the market or for that matter culture, which is entirely different to the way that we do business here.
But as with many places around the world, India is a changing country and over the past decade, this country is not as backward as people may think. One thing that must be remembered the India of today is hi tech, with a whole industry set up around the telecommunications sector.
However there are two ways of getting a great deal, which is refurbishment and self build. These areas offer the best opportunity to get great house at an even better price, depending on where you choose to locate it, the costs can be a fraction of what it would cost here in the UK.
