Property in Ayrshire holds place

No matter what the state of the property market in this country, there is always some place that is not in line with the rest of the property market, and this time it would seem to be Ayrshire in Scotland.

They say that it has something to do with the close proximity to Ireland, which has made the demand greater for house in that particular area. There have been a lot of investments from Irish investors being made both in the commercial and residential property market.

The property market is almost entirely different to the rest of the UK, where even buy to let properties are suffering, whereas here there is a mini boom in all sectors, which is very encouraging for people who are looking to move into the area for work or even for investment purposes. The idea that all of the UK is suffering with the property slump is not entirely true.
