Surviving property repossession

As bad as it may seem to normal people, house repossessions are on the rise; around seventeen thousand homes were repossessed last year alone. That’s a huge amount of families who have been left without a home.

But this figure is set to rise, despite the government’s advice; if you fall behind on your mortgage payments then you are at risk of losing your home. So how can you stop the repossession of your home when this happens?

The only way forward is to communicate with the lender in the first place, this is only way to prevent the bailiffs from turning up on your doorstep.
