The price of homes still falling

With house values dropping for the eighth month in a row in England and Wales there has to be some concern as to where this is going to stop, are the prices going to fall further or will the price of property recover?

The problem that faces all of us at the moment is the simple fact that the experts cannot come up with a definitive answer, which makes everyone else feel very nervous about how the market is going to be looking in three of four months time.

Hence the slow down in people buying, this applies to both first time buyers and homeowners, no one is sure on how the market will go and so everyone is sitting on their hand like in a game of high stakes poker. The only problem being that the stake is your home!
