Now could be a time to buy
There has been a one sector of growth within the property sector which has seen some significant growth. They are called “Property Finders” and they follow the lead that we have seen on the TV where house buyers get help in buying their dream home.
They are considered to be the other side of the coin to estate agents who work for the seller, whereas a home finder works for the buyer. They both have a job to do and will try to do it better than the other, which is going to be good for their clients in the end.
So in a time where house prices are falling could this be a good time to get onto the property ladder? With a home finder in your corner it is possible to get a good deal on a property which if you consider the fact that you have twenty five years to pay off a mortgage, the price is just bound to go up.
