The most stunning areas in the UK can often be much more expensive than the neighbouring areas, sometimes as much as three quarters higher for a similar property. So it is true that it is not just the property it is also the location which makes the whole think complete.

BAKEWELL - Peak District National Park, Derbyshire
BATH - World Heritage Site, Avon
BROCKENHURST - New Forest National Park, Hampshire
CALLANDER - Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Scotland
CHAGFORD - Dartmoor National Park, Devon
EDINBURGH - World Heritage Site, Scotland
LODDON - The Broads, East Anglia
