One place where property prices are on the rise

When we listen to the news and there happens to be a story that covers the property world it can be almost guaranteed that the story will be mentioning that the prices are not just dropping, but it will be staying like this for some time.

There are never any stories about the places where property prices are rising. There is probably a good reason for it because a strange situation is rising and if this became common knowledge there would be many people complaining it.

The place where property prices have doubled in the past four months is the capital of Iraq, Baghdad! Yes one place in the world where you have expected property prices to be kept low for some time happens to be the hottest property spot around.
