The sign of a good or bad agent

With the property market in the state that it is in at the moment, it is essential for someone wanting to sell their house that they find the right estate agent, failure to do so could result in being a very expensive mistake to make.

But how on earth can you tell if an agent is good or no good? It is a difficult decision to make, but it is totally worth spending some extra time on research before taking on an estate agent.

However, this is not always that easy especially when there are glossy offices and equally glossy staff inside, there are always the tell tale signs though, these some of which can be found below.

No advice
Insists on affiliates
Part-time gig
Keeps it in the family
Behaviour problems
