New way of selling property
A company based in Swansea, Wales, iCreate has developed a new system, which will be an innovative way of marketing property off plan for developers.
What property developers will be able to do is offer buyers the opportunity to take a virtual tour and even watch video via the mobile phone network. This could give property developers an upper hand against the competition with regards to contacting people who cannot initially get to see the development in person, or indeed for overseas investors, this could open up new markets for property developers.
This could be considered the cutting edge of property marketing and how successful it is, will be down to how the property developers see it and ultimately use it.
