Sell your house fast!
Selling your house has to one of the most stressful and worrying things that most people will do, not only to have to worry about moving, there is your new place, costs and so on. The last thing that you want is for the best offer to be 10% or more under your asking price. So what can you do to make sure that you get the best price and a fast sale?
Here are five points:
Do your homework on local market conditions.
Give your house a good clean up, maybe even new paint and floor coverings.
Try to make your house the viewers new home; it’s how they see it.
Make sure that the outside is nice and tidy, cutback overgrown plants, trees and grass.
Let the agent show the viewers around, they’re professionals.
This is no guarantee that your house will sell fast or at the asking price, but its not going to hurt, is it?
