Best places in Europe to buy
As Europe expands the possibilities for getting a great bargain is getting larger, especially with some of the eastern European countries coming board.
But the best places is not necessarily the cheapest places, this list has taken into consideration the Economic Growth, Property Price Rises, and what sort of Rental Income a buyer could expect, the final list according the Channel Four programme “A Place in the Sun” looks a bit like this:

4. Baltic States - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

There are some surprises in there, like Portugal being so high and Spain being so low, but for good bargains we need to look towards the east.
