Building a log house
Apparently there could not be a better time to build a log house! For one reason these buildings are eco friendly and the market is so, that getting good contractors in to do the work is a real good time as their work may be falling off slightly and so is a good time for people to get a builder bargain.
Log cabins and house are suited to certain people, and so are the areas that they fit into. But as the housing market takes a slight down turn, everyone gets a bit fearful for the future and this includes skilled tradesman who work within the industry.
Building your own place is a great investment, land, the building and the costs involved are all declining, but there will be time when the market recovers and the costs will increase again.
